Plantains and Palm Oil

I found these Plantain Chips at the grocery store last night. Instead of sunflower oil, like the ones at Trader Joe’s, these are made with Palm Oil. I’m not really sure if that’s better or worse, but I’m going to see how I feel. What’s the opinion on Palm Oil?
